About Manna from Basin

Manna from Basin is a small, home-based microbakery located on "Rebel Ave" in Basin, Wyoming. We offer fresh, small-batch baked goods gathered each Wednesday and Friday, including yeast doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and seasonal treats.

Baking has always been part of my life. For many years I had the joy of baking at Camp Bethel, where campers and staff looked forward to homemade favorites—especially the traditional Saturday morning cinnamon rolls, served warm from the oven and shared around the table.

Those same comforting recipes inspire what we bake today. Manna from Basin was also created to allow me to remain close to home to support my husband, Mark, as we walk together through his journey with dementia. This small bakery provides a way to continue serving our community while caring for family at the same time.

Our bakery is built around simple rhythms—fresh baking twice a week, preorder-only batches to reduce waste, and a commitment to sharing what we make. If an order is not picked up, it is donated to a local family, student, teacher, first responder or nursing home resident so that every box still brings a little sweetness to someone’s day. At its heart, Manna from Basin is about community, care, and the comfort of homemade baking. Freshly gathered each Wednesday and Friday.
